The T&A Agency is seeking licensed life and health insurance agents for a fully remote role across the United States. This position offers uncapped commissions, flexible hours, and a supportive team focused on performance.

We provide ongoing training and mentorship to help you stay at the top of your game. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, educating on policy options, generating leads, and maintaining lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life and Health Insurance agent or willingness to obtain license (we provide guidance)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills for CRM and client management

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
