This position offers schedule autonomy, work-from-home flexibility, and a commission-based structure with incentive travel and group health benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health agent or willing to obtain license.
• Experience hosting professional video consultations.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to assess client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and annuities.
• Engage inbound/outbound leads via CRM and digital channels.
• Build long-term client relationships through clear communication.
• Coordinate with carriers to streamline applications and policy issuance.
• Participate in daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
