New agents typically earn $60,000+ in their first year, with top producers earning six figures or more. This is a 1099, commission-only role with no base salary, designed to scale with your effort and commitment.

Qualifications

• Reside in a U.S. state and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Hold a life insurance license in your resident state, or be ready to get one (we'll help).
