Participants earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and a payment-protection policy for no-shows and cancellations. In-person sessions include a $20 per-session base pay increase.

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.

• Licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
