Job summary

Rula Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join a national network of providers. This position is a 1099 contractor role with complete scheduling autonomy and no mandated minimum caseload.

Providers will focus on delivering high-quality telehealth therapy while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support. Must hold LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license, have a valid NPI, and be licensed to practice in Washington with telehealth capability.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Licensed in Washington
• Able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in WA and across consenting clients
• Maintain session notes and core documentation in EHR
• Coordinate with admin for billing and scheduling support
• Offer consistent client referrals and uphold clinical quality
