Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW services to clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
