Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in WA
• Valid NPI
• Telehealth capability required
• WA licensure for practice required

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC)
• Maintain treatment notes and documentation as required
• Coordinate with Rula for referrals and scheduling and ensure compliance with platform processes
