Job summary

Rula Health is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to provide telehealth behavioral health services. Therapists operate as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no mandated minimum caseload, while Rula handles administrative tasks.

Providers benefit from fast credentialing with partner insurers, consistent client referrals, and dedicated support. Washington-licensed LMHC/LICSW/LMFT professionals can join and start seeing clients in a flexible, autonomous practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington.
• Must have a valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington for telehealth.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to clients via telehealth in Washington.
• Manage flexible scheduling and client appointments as a 1099 contractor.
• Collaborate with Rula support teams handling billing, claims, and EHR.
• Maintain high-quality care and documentation for outcomes.
