Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Nevada to deliver compassionate telehealth sessions to a broad client base. You will join a clinician-led team dedicated to measurable progress, with administrative support covering credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training.

You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, enjoy a flexible schedule seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and work as a W2 employee with strong onboarding and supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Nevada (CPC, MFT, LCSW, PhD) or equivalent.
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a range of clients including couples and children.
• Dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
• Collaborative team player in a clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth mental health sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to support client progress.
