Job summary

Rula is expanding its WA network for licensed clinicians. Therapists are 1099 contractors with autonomy over their schedules and no minimum caseloads. We handle billing, claims, and admin while you focus on care.

Compensation starts at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). You can telehealth from WA with calendar referrals and flexible in-person options; credentialing is fast-tracked and support is available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington.
• Licensed in Washington state with ability to provide telehealth.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Contractors operate as 1099 providers with schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy to WA clients via the Rula platform.
• Complete session notes and documentation; host sessions and submit notes.
• Coordinate with the Rula team while billing and claims are handled by support.
• Offer private practice referrals and maintain scheduling autonomy.
