Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. LMHCs earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit. Clinicians have complete schedule autonomy, can see clients remotely, and will not be charged marketplace fees for referrals.

Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment, while providing ongoing support and professional development. Minimum qualifications include WA-licensed LMHC/LICSW/LMFT, valid NPI, and telehealth

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington state.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LMHC therapy sessions to clients via telehealth or in-person.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR; clinicians focus on care and client sessions.
