Job summary

Blueprint Mental Health is seeking fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) to join a growing, collaborative practice. The role offers flexible schedules, optional in-person days, and extensive referrals from existing psychiatric medication management patients.

We provide strong clinical support, administrative backing, and a healthy work environment focused on clinician well-being. Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Tennessee: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT.
• Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, life transitions.
• Collaborative care with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Ninja Practitioners to coordinate patient care.
• Support patients in achieving emotional and relational wellness goals.
