Job summary

Solution Based Therapeutics LLC in the United States is seeking a licensed therapist for our growing Virtual Outpatient Program. This full-time telehealth role delivers direct clinical services to individuals in outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment, focusing on recovery and evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate has strong assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and solid clinical documentation in a HIPAA-compliant telehealth setting, with a private space

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or related field.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy.
• Experience with clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Ability to facilitate evening virtual groups.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care and support throughout the client's treatment experience.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments upon intake.
• Develop, maintain, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct weekly or biweekly individual therapy sessions.
• Facilitate virtual evening group sessions, including process and psychoeducational groups.
• Assess client progress toward treatment goals and objectives.
• Administer and review clinical assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS).
• Identify and escalate safety concerns or higher level of care needs.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in KIPU EMR within 24 hours of each encounter.
• Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and meets standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant telehealth workspace and reliable internet.
