Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company seeking a full-time mental health provider to deliver care to our member network. You will conduct counseling sessions, perform risk assessments, and participate in data-driven, measurement-based care within a hybrid/remote framework.

The role requires an unrestricted license in supported states, ability to manage a ~30-session weekly caseload, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in the applicable states.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour work week.
• Telehealth competent and comfortable with technology.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Ability to provide safety planning and intervention for high-risk situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling sessions and clinical risk assessments.
• Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as needed.
• Complete internal training and attend Clinical Team meetings.
• Follow policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethics.
• Utilize data-driven decision making and measurement-based care.
