Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Hawaii. This clinician-owned private practice operates nationwide with a focus on accessible, high-quality care and supportive clinical leadership.

Candidates must hold Hawaii independent licenses (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or PhD/PsyD) and live in the state of practice. The role offers guaranteed pay, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Must hold one of the listed independent licenses in Hawaii.
Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.

Responsibilities

Willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
Open to seeing couples and/or children; support provided for growth into leadership or supervisory roles.
Complete notes within 24 hours of session to maintain workflow.
