Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in Alabama. You may be a good fit if you are independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP) and can commit to a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with about 30 hours of availability.

We offer a full-time position with benefits, a supportive clinical community, and credentialing/billing support to help you build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Alabama. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly

Compensation

Up to $100,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
