Mindset Psychology is a thriving private practice seeking a licensed psychologist (PsyD/PhD) to provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy. The role is remote and fee-for-service with clinical autonomy and a collaborative team.

The position offers supervision of an unlicensed clinician, opportunities to lead groups or family therapy, a reliable referral pipeline, and integration with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Dietitian. In-network with insurance, paid weekly on a 1099 basis.

Qualifications

• Active New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Ability to maintain a caseload of 20+ clients per week.
• Training in evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, IPT).
• Strong interpersonal, conceptualization, and diagnostic skills.
• Commitment to holistic, culturally responsive care.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and adolescents.
• Utilize and deepen your experience in evidence-based modalities.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and clinical consultations.
• Opportunity to supervise an unlicensed clinician for additional compensation.
• Option to lead groups or family therapy.
• Minimal administrative burden with extensive support.
• Reliable referral pipeline from our active waiting list.
• Integrated team collaboration with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Dietitian.
