Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking experienced mental health therapists to join their fully remote platform. As a therapist, you will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions and increase your caseload with a significant client base using insurance. This position requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field and at least 3 years of counseling experience. Join us and take your practice to the next level while focusing on client care.

Qualifications

• Requires a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, etc.) to provide therapy without supervision.
• Must have a private workspace and professional environment for conducting sessions.
• U.S. residency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients without administrative burdens.
• Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate client needs.
• Engage with BetterHelp's community of therapists for support.

Skills

3+ years of mental health counseling experience

Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens

Ability to provide therapy without supervision

Education
