Job summary
Concentrix is seeking a remote Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) to join a Fortune 500 team. You will work from home delivering exceptional customer experiences with tech-powered solutions for one of the world’s best-known brands.
Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and hold an active P&C license. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Active resident license to sell P&C insurance.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking and problem-solving.
- High-speed internet (no hotspots) and a smartphone.
- Able to operate from home as a remote Insurance Agent.
Responsibilities
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Read and comprehend program materials.
- Listen actively and ask questions to identify customer needs.
- Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
- Process new and/or amended enrollments.
- Ensure clients’ customers have authentic experiences.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
