Consciousabraxas is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist for a part-time, remote telehealth role across licensed states. This W-2 position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a mission‑driven startup expanding access to behavioral health care.

You will provide individual, family, and couples therapy, document in an EHR, and participate in supervision. Requires active license (LCSW/LMHC/LPC/LMFT), a Master’s in a behavioral health field, and teletherapy experience.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in at least one state (LCSW/LMHC/LPC/LMFT).
• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or teletherapy is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy via telehealth.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Document progress notes in an EHR with timely updates.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and case consultations.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists as needed.
