Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general program. Join a 100% remote, contract-based team with strong clinical and operational support.

You will provide weekly sessions, apply evidence-based methods (CBT, UP, ACT, DBT, EMDR), and track progress using digital assessments. Flexible scheduling and multi-state licensure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.
• Commit to minimum of 9 hours availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
