Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists for a fully remote, 20–40 hour per week role supporting patients 13+ across the United States. A valid LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license is required in at least one state, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

You will empower patients within the Minute Clinic team, delivering evidence-based care and education while collaborating with clinical colleagues to ensure continuity of care and access to appropriate treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current, active professional license as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Diagnostic, care coordination, treatment planning and short-term counseling skills with evidence-based methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and counseling to patients 13+.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities like motivational interviewing and CBT.
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to coordinate care.
• Participate in virtual therapy delivery as needed.
