Job summary

OMH is seeking licensed mental health professionals (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) to join our remote, clinician-led behavioral health team. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with competitive salary and work-from-home flexibility.

Positions are exempt under FLSA and based in Billings, MT, with opportunities for leadership and advancement as we expand services to Massachusetts and Colorado; licensure in those states preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC and able to practice independently.
• Outpatient behavioral health experience is preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
• Clinicians set their own schedule and provide individual, family, and group therapies as needed.
• Back-office support handles billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks to allow focus on patient care.
