BetterHelp is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for a fully remote position. This role allows therapists to focus on client care without overhead costs, enjoying a flexible schedule and significant support.

Offering new therapists an hourly rate between $55-$70 and up to a $1,000 bonus after the first client, this position is ideal for qualified mental health professionals looking to expand their practice without the hassle of insurance administration.

Formación

• Must have a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and the ability to provide therapy without supervision.
• A private and professional environment for conducting sessions is required.
• Professional liability insurance is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling services to clients remotely.
• Manage a caseload supported by insurance clients.
• Participate in continuous professional development through CEUs.

Conocimientos

3+ years of mental health counseling experience

Ability to work autonomously

Reliable Internet connection

Educación

Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
