Connexion Point is seeking an experienced licensed Medicare agent to support existing members through service-focused, consultative conversations. This remote role emphasizes retention and education, with base pay of $19 per hour and seasonal incentives. Training is provided and AHIP certification is covered.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health & Life license.
• Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience.
• Comfortable working across multiple software systems.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP.
• Willing to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Medicare members, focused on retention, education, and issue resolution.
• Guide members through coverage options and next steps without high-pressure tactics.
• Meet performance expectations around call quality, member engagement, retention metrics, and schedule adherence.
• Keep communication current with your supervisor and team.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions during the season.
