Job summary

Taubman Financial Management is seeking licensed life insurance agents for a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped commissions. Our automated back-office handles paperwork, leads, policy processing, and follow-up so you can focus on selling and advising clients.

You can operate solo or build a team, with a flexible remote schedule and support to scale your book of business as you grow your practice.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Self-driven, coachable and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income.
• Interest in either individual production or team building/leadership.
• Prior experience in life insurance or financial services sales preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their life insurance and financial protection needs.
• Present and sell life insurance products tailored to each client's situation.
• Build long-term client relationships through honest, needs-based advising.
• Work leads delivered through our automated system — no cold prospecting required.
• Close business remotely via phone, video, or digital application tools.
• Grow as a solo producer, or recruit and build your own team — the choice is yours.
