Job summary

BroadPath, a Sagility Company, is a 100% remote employer seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support Medicare or Under 65 health plans from home. English-speaking and bilingual English/Spanish options are available, with inbound calls and enrollment support.

Candidates should be licensed, with at least 1 year telesales experience, strong sales and service skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance Producer License
• Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses when required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a telesales environment
• Strong consultative sales and customer service skills
• Confidence assuming the sale and guiding customers through enrollment
• Strong active listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance customer needs with sales and performance expectations
• Strong computer navigation skills across multiple systems
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced remote environment
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working from home

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers exploring health insurance options
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments using active listening and consultative sales techniques
• Educate customers on available health plans, benefits, products, and services
• Recommend solutions based on each customer’s needs
• Guide conversations toward successful enrollment
• Complete health plan enrollments while meeting sales and performance expectations
• Identify additional customer needs and available solutions when appropriate
• Build trust with members through clear, compassionate communication
• Navigate multiple systems with accuracy, efficiency, and privacy compliance
• Represent BroadPath, a Sagility Company, with professionalism and care
