This is a loyalty and retention role, not a traditional sales floor. You'll be working with existing Medicare members, helping them understand their coverage, resolving concerns, and keeping them engaged and informed. If you've spent time in Medicare and want a lower-pressure environment where relationships actually matter, this might be the right fit.**What we offer:*** $19.00/hr. base pay* Seasonal incentive opportunity of $500-$1,000 tied to quality, retention, and member engagement* Paid training and AHIP certification covered* Non-resident licenses and renewals covered* Continuing education credits* Remote/work-from-home**Schedule**Training runs Monday through Friday. Once AEP begins, you'll move to your assigned production schedule from our Workforce Management team. Production schedules include at least one weekend day per week.This is a seasonal role running through AEP/OEP.
