Steadfast Support Clinic in Lebanon, PA seeks a licensed mental health professional to join our Behavioral Health Team as a full-time outpatient therapist. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and families in a person-centered approach, with supervision and ongoing professional development.

The role emphasizes well-structured assessments, treatment planning, and psychosocial education.

Formación

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or closely related field.
• Current and valid license in-state as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning meeting DSM criteria.
• Develop psycho-educational groups and parenting classes.
• Complete comprehensive documentation and ensure billing compliance.
• Maintain accurate charting and reporting of therapeutic activities.
