Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs (and LMFT/LICSW) to join as 1099 contractors delivering telehealth sessions. Compensation is $80 per hourly session with direct deposit every two weeks, plus no-shows/late cancellations protections. You control your schedule and referrals, with admin handled by us.

Must be licensed in WA and able to provide telehealth; remote work is supported, with optional in-office session incentives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license or equivalent (LMFT/LICSW acceptable)
• Valid NPI number on file
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth services
• 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads
