• JD or equivalent legal qualification required.
• Professional legal experience and/or strong academic background in law.
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Experience interpreting statutes, regulations, contracts, case law, or other authorities.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify subtle errors in legal reasoning and supporting authorities.
• Ability to evaluate complex information and make sound independent judgments.
• Comfort working in a remote, self-directed environment.

• Review and evaluate complex legal information and AI-generated legal analysis.
