The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (J.D. preferred) and at least five years in healthcare compliance, with experience in a law firm, device, or pharmaceutical setting highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. preferred.
• At least 5 years of healthcare compliance experience.
• Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical sectors preferred.
• Healthcare Compliance Certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Draft and maintain corporate compliance policies and procedures.
• Train employees on compliance programs and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret regulatory trends affecting the medical device industry.
• Provide guidance on medical device industry issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigations of potential violations.
• Ensure adherence to Sunshine Act, anti‑kickback statutes and AdvaMed guidelines.
