• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in legal content review.
• Track record of successful remote collaboration on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
• Commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics and provide nuanced guidance.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure up-to-date information.
• Draft, review, and edit legal content including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
