Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and editing legal content.
• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives.
• Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other documents.
• Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity and accuracy.
• Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables.
• Spot errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials for QA.
• Maintain high standards of precision and accuracy in submissions.
