The Fisher Organization seeks motivated, coachable individuals to join us as Leadership Development Representatives. This entry-level role blends hands-on sales with structured training and a path toward team leadership.

No prior sales experience is required. You’ll work remotely, build a pipeline, and receive paid training and mentorship as you grow toward leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who works well independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve.
• Comfort with video calls and standard online tools.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients by phone, video, and email.
• Learn and explain products and services clearly.
• Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and daily activity goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Build skills in communication, negotiation, and team leadership.
• Work toward leadership responsibilities as performance milestones are met.
