Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience as Leadership Development Coach, corporate trainer, or in adult learning is advantageous.
• Excellent English proficiency for clear communication.
• Ability to work independently with a results-focused mindset.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and professional social media use.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily personal development, mindset, and leadership training and apply strengths to growth.
• Place ads across social platforms to generate inquiries, with full training provided.
• Guide applicants through a structured discovery process to assess fit.
• Utilize AI technologies to attract high-intent inquiries and optimize outreach.
• Attend daily live training calls and collaborate with a global, remote team.
