Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Manager for Storage Production Engineering to lead a team responsible for large-scale storage systems across distributed, parallel file, and object storage. You will drive reliability, efficiency, and data access patterns in collaboration with AI/ML and engineering teams.

The role requires 12+ years in storage, 6+ years in leadership, and hands-on experience with modern storage networking, IaC, and monitoring. Remote-friendly with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS or storage-related field.
• 12+ years in large-scale storage architecture/operations.
• 6+ years in people leadership for storage teams.
• Experience with on-call rotations, incident response, and SLOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Storage Production Engineers in a collaborative environment.
• Design, deploy, and scale large storage systems (distributed, parallel FS, object).
• Automate, monitor, and improve reliability and efficiency of storage services.
• Own capacity planning, data lifecycle, DR plans, and cost awareness.
• Partner with IT, DevOps, and AI/ML teams to optimize data pipelines.
