Job summary
Philips is seeking an Advanced Technology & Innovation Leader in Medical Imaging to drive discovery, development, and commercialization of next-generation imaging solutions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Clinical and Business leaders, and translate cutting-edge ideas into market-ready products.

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Optical Engineering).
- Extensive experience translating research into commercial medical imaging products.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaboration with clinical/business partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the Advanced Technology & Innovation roadmap for Medical Imaging.
- Serve as senior technical advisor on innovation strategy and future technology investments.
- Identify and advance emerging technologies (AI, imaging, optics, computational modeling) for competitive differentiation.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary Advanced Technology team and foster rapid experimentation.
