Job summary

Aroha Technologies is seeking a Lead Guidewire Billing Center Developer in Michigan (Remote). You will lead the BillingCenter development, configuration, and integration efforts within an Agile team.

The role requires deep expertise in Guidewire Studio, Gosu, PCF, and data modeling to implement billing lifecycle processes for property and casualty domains. Responsibilities include crafting complex configurations, collaborating with BAs and QA, and ensuring code quality through reviews and unit

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience working with Guidewire BillingCenter development and configuration.
• Configure BillingCenter features such as payment plans, invoicing, delinquency, and disbursement processes.
• Develop business rules, validations, enhancements, and plugins using Gosu and Guidewire Studio.
• Customize BillingCenter screens and user interfaces using PCF configurations.
• Design and extend BillingCenter data models, including custom entities, fields, and typelists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, architects, and developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and participate in code reviews.
• Work with relational databases and write SQL queries related to Guidewire data.
• Apply knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and billing lifecycle processes.
• Support Guidewire Cloud standards, batch processing, and related technical activities.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hold an active Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Certification.
