National Quality Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team as the right-hand person to the Sr. VP of Engineering.

This hands-on, high-impact, fully remote role will help shape technical strategy and scale the platform for a healthcare startup serving many clients. You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend microservices and web applications using Python and React, build and maintain SQL databases, and integrate with EHRs and

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Healthcare domain experience (EHR, claims, registries, HIPAA).
• Experience in leading technical initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend microservices and web applications using Python and React.
• Build and maintain SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for secure data storage.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with healthcare data systems.
• Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack and write clean, tested code.
