Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Admission Prevention and Patient Segmentation. You will lead technology strategy and execution across care models, partnering with clinical and business leaders to drive value-based care outcomes, while guiding a multidisciplinary team including Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists and designers.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership across healthcare operations and enterprise EHR programs (Epic), Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (specifically Epic).
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to drive admissions prevention and care model integration.
Lead multidisciplinary technology teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways and Epic architectures.
Ensure smooth data integrations between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
Own the technology lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment and outcomes realization.
Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement cycles for clinical and financial goals.
Mentor and develop a high-performing product team and cross-functional colleagues.
