Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Lead Engineer - Data Support in Wellesley Hills, MA (remote). You will own ETL and data lake support, serve as SME on Oracle and SQL data warehouses, and mentor a cross-functional team to ensure timely data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer/data science or related field.
• 5 years of progressive data engineering experience.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Hadoop, or Qlik.
• Job scheduling experience (Autosys, Control-M).
• Experience with IBM DataStage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data lake processes and ETL workloads.
• Troubleshoot production failures and conduct performance testing.
• Analyze data discrepancies and implement fixes.
• Develop new ETL or reporting processes as needed.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve data issues.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
