Job summary

Acclinate Inc. is seeking a hands-on Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and operate the data infrastructure powering analytics, CRM, marketing, and ML initiatives.

This remote, full-time role unifies distributed data sources and translates healthcare and operational data into actionable intelligence for internal teams and partners. You will own data modeling, data governance, and secure practices (HIPAA/PHI), manage HubSpot to BigQuery pipelines, BI dashboards, and production ML data needs,

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and operating production data pipelines.
• Experience owning a data platform end-to-end for production use.
• Experience handling regulated health data (HIPAA/PHI) or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design event-driven data models and tables to capture, store, and expose large data volumes.
• Orchestrate data integration to unify data sources for analytics, warehousing, and data marts.
• Own HubSpot data model and BigQuery integration (Operations Hub Enterprise) and perform data cleanup.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (Metabase) and recurring reports for multiple teams.
• Support production ML data needs (VertexAI) with feature engineering and data prep.
• Manage pipelines from marketing/social data to BigQuery and maintain external data partnerships.
