Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 6+ years of full-stack development with 4+ years in leadership or architecture roles.
• 5+ years building or modernizing AWS-based applications.
• Proven leadership of frontend and backend services for cloud-native products.
• Expert Python and JavaScript; Django preferred; Vue.js preferred; React/Angular alternative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor full-stack teams across projects and market segments.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Define standards, roadmaps, and best practices across teams and ensure AWS Well-Architected compliance.
• Drive solution architecture for RFPs, proofs-of-concept, and client demonstrations.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and operations to build resilient software products.
