Forgent is a national wealth management network seeking a remote Lead Advisor to manage an existing client base while building a personal pipeline in parallel. The role offers $80,000–$100,000 base plus a 20% annual performance bonus and full benefits.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in wealth management, a Series 7 license on day one (CFP is a strong plus), and strong prospecting skills. Stock-compensation fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of wealth management experience.
• Active prospecting ability to fill half the calendar.
