Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management is seeking a Lead Advisor for the Pacific Northwest, remotely with preferences for San Francisco, Seattle, or Portland. You will partner with the Managing Director (BDO) to manage new client relationships, deliver investment advisory and financial planning, and provide wealth management services to high-net-worth clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or economics, 5+ years in wealth advisory, and credentials such as Series 65/66 or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics required.
• 5+ years in financial services with wealth advisory focus.
• Experience in financial planning, wealth management insight, judgement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ethical standards and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Partner with BDO to support new business development opportunities.
• Develop strategies for high-quality client experience through referrals and funding.
• Prepare customized investment proposals with BDO and present to clients.
• Provide financial planning using the eMoney platform and other tools.
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management for high-net-worth clients.
• Provide investment advisory services including asset allocation recommendations.
• Conduct regular client portfolio review meetings and maintain proactive communication.
