Job summary

A telehealth mental health provider is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join their team. This is a full-time remote position where you will conduct virtual assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy. Candidates must hold a valid LCSW license in Indiana with preference for dual licensure. Qualifications

• Must have an active and unencumbered LCSW license in Indiana.
• Preferred: Dual licensure in Indiana and Florida is highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of clinical post-licensure experience preferred; telehealth and behavioral health experience a plus.
• Additional behavioral health training or certifications (e.g., DBT, Trauma-Informed Care) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
• Provide immediate virtual crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources for patient care.
• Empower patients to access services and improve mental wellness.
• Accurately document all clinical interactions.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams.
