Zusammenfassung

Seneca Federal Health, LLC is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to support a military health system client. This remote role requires two weeks of onboarding on-site in San Antonio, Texas, and an active LCSW license in the U.S.

Responsibilities include virtual counseling, treatment planning, and documentation in electronic medical records, with an emphasis on TRICARE benefits and patient care. A strong clinical background and familiarity with MHS GENESIS are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience as a Clinical Social Worker using virtual platforms.
• Current, active, valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice Clinical Social Work in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide brief, evidenced-based virtual individual and/or group counseling.
• Develop and document comprehensive treatment plans; reference DSM as needed.
• Exercise clinical judgment in licensure area and communicate effectively.
• Explain TRICARE benefits to caseload and document records per SOPs.
• Prepare reports and case summaries; update patient charts within required timelines.
