Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a licensed LCSW to support K-12 students through remote and on-site services in Michigan. The clinician will build caseloads, conduct assessments, and provide individual and group counseling, focusing on emotional and behavioral support.

The role requires MI licensure, MSW, and strong collaboration with school staff. Cross-license support and telehealth are available to enhance outreach and impact.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state LCSW license (or equivalent) and be fully licensed.
• Experience delivering school-based social work services to youth.
• Telehealth experience is a plus and supported growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and social-emotional evaluations with students.
• Provide individual and group counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict.
• Respond to crises including suicide risk assessments and emergency support.
• Assist with IEPs and 504 Plans addressing emotional and social goals.
• Coordinate with families, school staff, and community resources.
• Design school-wide SEL programs to improve climate and well-being.
• Consult with teachers on behavioral strategies and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain compliant documentation of plans, progress, and referrals.
