Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW/LICSW) for remote roles available as full-time or part-time positions. We offer clinicians a patient-centered, clinician-led environment with robust support and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include evaluating mental health conditions, developing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring at least 32 patient-facing hours weekly for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field required.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) required.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate creatively.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation including case notes and treatment plan reviews.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings; maintain required patient care hours for full-time roles.
